Participants who wish to be met at Minsk or Gomel Airport are kindly asked to inform the Byelorussian Organizing Committee by e-mail or fax about the exact flight number, date and time of arrival at least three working days before.
Outside the airport, the car will be parked in the fenced-off area opposite the airport exit, and the mark GOMELSCHOOL 2011 will be on the windscreen.
It is possible to contact the Organizing Committee in Minsk from the airport by phone #2927259, and in Gomel #(0232)578253 (during office hours 8.15 -- 13.00, 13.45 -- 17.15).
There is also regular train service to Gomel from Minsk (it takes nearly 5 hours)
