Participants who wish to be met at Minsk or Gomel Airport are kindly asked to inform the Byelorussian Organizing Committee by e-mail or fax about the exact flight number, date and time of arrival at least three working days before.
Outside the airport, the car will be parked in the fenced-off area opposite the airport exit, and the mark GOMELSCHOOL-09 will be on the windscreen.
It is possible to contact the Organizing Committee in Minsk from the airport by telephone # 2926075 #2927259, and in Gomel #(0232)578253 (during office hours 9.00 -- 13.00, 14.00 -- 18.00).
There is also regular train service to Gomel from Minsk (it takes nearly 6 hours)
The bus Minsk-"Zolotye Peski" for all Minsk participants traditionally will start from NC PHEP BSU (Bogdanovicha str.,153) on July 15. The exact boarding time will be specified later.
