• A welcome party will be held on the day of arrival, Wednesday, 15 July.
• A pleasure boat trip and a barbeque are planned for Saturday, 18 July.
• An excursion to Gomel and a countryside museum is planned for Sunday, 19 July.
• School dinner will be on Saturday, 25 July.
